• 1 from Nevada
• 2 from Arizona

Total of 9 members

• Term is 2 years; except for ½ of the original members will rotate off after the third year (geographically rotated)

• Director, Direct Dealer Marketing will chair the Council meetings
• One DSM to be appointed - representing Operations at all meetings. DSM representation will be rotated as applicable to ensure broader participation
• Direct Dealer Operations Support Manager will be a participant
• Administrative support needed to coordinate meetings, take minutes, and distribute minutes to members
• Legal representation may watch and listen, but will take a low‑key position
• VP of BP ampm Marketing or a representative may be invited to participate as appropriate
• Subject Matter Experts will be invited to the meetings as needed to present and discuss specific agenda items
